worked at the Swiss Embassy for more than 18 years, then started the Egyptian Chef Association with Markus Iten, training chefs and participating in competitions, accompanying some chefs abroad (Malta, Paris) to represent Egyptian food.

During the 3-month closure during Corona, she visited the club every day to check that everything was fine. During the periods without a manager, she manages the daily affairs of the club. She guides the kitchen, trains the chefs on new menus and provides daily support in many areas where help is needed.
